Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening hours required on a rotating basis to accommodate client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and substance use issues, identifying co-occurring disorders in a compassionate manner.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions designed to address both mental health and substance use concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at teaching clients vital coping strategies, relapse prevention techniques, and emotional regulation skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies for co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A solid understanding of the dynamic relationship between mental health and substance use disorders.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a diverse interdisciplinary team.
