Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to ascertain the severity and specific symptoms of mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance coping mechanisms.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on feedback and observed results.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and case consultations to continually elevate clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will primarily engage with individuals struggling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression and bipolar disorder. Our clients may also present with anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
