Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician, this position will deliver high-quality virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families while managing a full caseload and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 virtual psychotherapy sessions and conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments Develop and adjust collaborative treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field supporting independent clinical practice Active, unrestricted independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations Strong knowledge of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT Independently credentialed with major insurance carriers is preferred
