Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to reach patients and conduct therapy sessions. The work-from-home setup allows for flexibility, prioritizing both clinician and patient comfort. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, however, there may be occasional needs for scheduling adjustments to accommodate patient sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and tailor suitable treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
