This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work arrangement while working within an outpatient office structure, allowing our clinicians to maintain an optimal work-life balance. Our workweek is structured for Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, accommodating some scheduling flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician at Solace, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality mental health care through the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insights into patients' unique circumstances, strengths, and challenges, informing effective treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to individual patient needs, considering their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote resilience, coping strategies, and overall mental well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate referral pathways.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, fostering awareness and understanding.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards, ensuring seamless communication within the care team.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• A strong comprehension of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with a specific focus on cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in sensitive and inclusive ways.
\n
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with a proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technological applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
