Work Environment\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will be part of a collaborative team that includes psychiatrists, medical professionals, and fellow therapists. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. You will have access to advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless coordination of care, and you will participate in regular team meetings and case conferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate the impact of chronic medical conditions on patients’ emotional and psychological states.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs using an integrated approach tailored to each patient.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure that patients receive coordinated care, maximizing treatment efficacy and monitoring progress over time.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies to stabilize and guide patients effectively.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines to ensure the safety and privacy of patient information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
