As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will work directly with our diverse client base, benefiting from a supportive and collaborative team environment. Our operations run Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling required to meet client needs. You will engage in regular virtual consultations with a dedicated treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and continual professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, employing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities that align with individual client requirements.

• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population, each coming from various backgrounds and facing distinct challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
