Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through one-on-one sessions as well as group therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational groups aimed at addressing common issues and fostering a sense of community among clients.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate assistance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available local resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
