Work Environment\n

This position offers flexibility by allowing work to be conducted remotely while remaining an integral part of a collaborative team environment. Although our therapists primarily engage with clients virtually, regular check-ins with colleagues and supervision sessions will ensure continued professional connection and support. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient requirements. Our infrastructure provides the tools necessary for seamless communication and effective service delivery, including up-to-date electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' backgrounds, trauma histories, and mental health needs.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that facilitate recovery and promote resilience, using evidence-based methods.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Engage in crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies and provide ongoing support to your patients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to maintain an integrated strategy for patient care.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, helpful coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Ensure all documenting practices adhere to legal and ethical standards for confidentiality and accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who have experienced a wide range of trauma, including but not limited to abuse, accidents, natural disasters, and significant life changes. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
