Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Get Well Counseling Center, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents grappling with trauma-induced disorders. Our client population includes individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, necessitating specialized therapeutic interventions aimed at healing and recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical or counseling setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in delivering trauma-focused interventions and therapies.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• High-level proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
