Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and help to identify tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the specific needs of each patient.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Guide individual and group therapy sessions that help patients process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Offer education and resources to patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
