Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and tailor appropriate treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support patients in their healing processes.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating effective practice in trauma-focused therapy.

• Proven experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments and effectively manage crisis situations.

• Proficiency in working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications essential for documentation and case management.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates with additional experience in group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and advanced trauma-informed training will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
