Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma history and psychological state, helping to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Design and implement tailored treatment strategies aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and promoting resilience in patients.

• Utilize established evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver high-quality care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, equipping patients with coping strategies to help them process their trauma and attain emotional healing.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care is upheld.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating swift, clinical decision-making skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
