Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible remote work setting with occasional in-office collaboration in our upscale outpatient facility. You will maintain a schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM, with the expectation of some flexibility to accommodate client needs. By working with a team of skilled professionals, you will cultivate a positive atmosphere that prioritizes patient outcomes and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. This includes gathering client history, setting therapy goals, and evaluating ongoing progress.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and client-centered approaches tailored to the needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment modifications, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and reinforcing our commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
