Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, mental stability, and respective treatment plans.

• Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans designed to support client recovery and growth.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to determine the mental health needs of each client upon entry into our services.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Participate in individual supervision to further develop clinical skills and ensure quality of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to provide integrated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of USD 75,000–90,000. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates upfront without delays for reimbursement. Additional compensation opportunities are available through performance bonuses.
