Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately gauge patients' unique needs and create personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• The candidate must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and cultural competence is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
