Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and full evaluations of individuals to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health needs.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring accuracy in electronic health records.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensing as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and workload. We also offer a significant sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
