Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic alliances while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, addressing any challenges, and planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including notes on client progress and relevant assessments, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs and treatment goals of new clients.
\n
• Actively engage in supervision sessions and professional development opportunities, fostering a growth mindset.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers, integrating holistic care into treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential that is current and active.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
