Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and providing tailored therapeutic support.

• Conduct regular check-ins to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients to determine their specific needs and treatment goals.

• Engage in supervision sessions aimed at professional development and improving therapeutic practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, sharing relevant insights and treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation package is complemented by a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, eliminating waiting times for reimbursement.
