Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, strengths, and challenges, while developing individualized treatment plans that deliver effective interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant approaches.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support groups to foster peer interaction and collective healing within the community.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and ensure coordinated treatment efforts.

• Offer crisis intervention and stabilization services for clients experiencing immediate mental health concerns, demonstrating calm and effective strategies during high-pressure situations.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their mental wellness.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate actively in case consultations, ongoing training sessions, and team meetings to enhance professional development and maximize patient care outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health therapy to continually improve therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
