We prioritize work-life balance through a structured schedule that entails working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms, their severity, frequency, and impact on daily life.

• Collaborate with clients in developing customized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and preferences, ensuring their active participation in the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client growth and recovery.

• Provide educational support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care to clients.

• Remain informed about the latest research in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards for all client interactions and treatments.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to continuously enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
