Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse patient population, including those from varied ethnic backgrounds, individuals identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as immigrants adjusting to new cultural environments. This role demands a deep understanding of the specific challenges faced by these groups, which will guide your therapeutic practices and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and culturally competent treatment modalities.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy that is responsive to cultural contexts and inclusive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
