Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Fortius, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic counseling sessions via secure video chat with clients, ensuring a compassionate and ethical delivery of mental health services.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Create thorough and personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique circumstances and challenges.

• Guide clients through the process of self-discovery, helping them understand their emotions and develop healthy relationships.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and encouraging the development of effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your practice will primarily be stable, low acuity adults who struggle with a broad range of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered for this position:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license permitting independent practice. Please specify your licensure and state on your application:
