Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine patient needs and develop customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, engaging clients in their healing process.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster a sense of community and address common mental health issues among patients.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other team members to ensure coordinated care and shared insights into patients' progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering support during mental health emergencies and helping clients navigate urgent situations.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, informing them of treatment options and available community resources to enhance their care.

• Maintain confidential and accurate records in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
