Work Environment\n

The position is structured to offer a remote work setting, leveraging modern telehealth technology to facilitate client therapy sessions. We understand the significance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and therefore our clinicians work on a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This model ensures that our therapists can deliver quality care while maintaining their personal well-being and professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, documenting the severity, frequency, and duration of these issues.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate their individual goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders effectively.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mood disorders and self-care strategies to improve mental health outcomes.

• Monitor client progress consistently throughout the treatment journey, adjusting therapeutic strategies and plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to inform and enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions while adhering to ethical and legal regulations governing mental health documentation.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities aimed at improving clinical skills and knowledge.

• Advocate for clients by promoting awareness and de-stigmatization of mood disorders, strengthening their support systems and access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on support and treatment for individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. By employing a compassionate and evidence-based approach, you will work diligently to create a safe environment for clients to express their feelings and work through their challenges. Your efforts will contribute to improving their mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies such as CBT and DBT for mood disorders.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and a willingness to collaborate effectively with medical professionals.

• A proven history of achieving successful outcomes in working with clients experiencing mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to connect with and effectively support clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth environment is highly preferred, as it aligns with our remote service delivery model.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management.

• Clinical experience in a private practice or outpatient setting, specifically addressing mood disorders.
