Work Environment\n

This role is designed for remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring you have the resources needed to serve our clients effectively. While you'll primarily provide counseling from a remote setting, you will also engage with colleagues and participate in regular team meetings virtually. Our outpatient office supports a client-centered approach, promoting open communication and teamwork among our staff, which ultimately enhances patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and continuous evaluations of clients’ mental health status.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients’ cultural backgrounds.

• Provide clients with coping strategies and tools necessary for overcoming challenges and achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, referring clients to other healthcare providers when necessary, including psychiatrists for medication management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults battling anxiety disorders, children dealing with behavioral issues, and individuals confronting substance abuse challenges. The ability to deliver culturally competent care is paramount, as our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, each requiring a tailored therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundation in mental health theory and practice.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
