Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans based on individualized assessments.

  Design and implement personalized treatment strategies that aim to address specific challenges faced by clients, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, skillfully employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods to promote recovery.

  Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment that encompasses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic services a diverse population consisting of individuals from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

  A valid and current license in mental health counseling, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
