Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as couples therapy, for a diverse range of clients, focusing on effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, noting progress and challenges in treatment to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and manage an updated calendar, ensuring clients receive consistent and uninterrupted care.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to discuss client cases, share insights, and foster an environment of mutual support and continuous improvement within the practice.

• Utilize the billing service to handle claims, manage client accounts receivable, and facilitate eligibility checks, thereby streamlining administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed clinical social worker specializing in detox treatment, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, many of whom are facing a variety of challenges related to substance use and mental health. This includes individuals undergoing detoxification, couples navigating addiction-related issues, and clients interested in therapy to support overall recovery. Your contributions will directly influence clients' recovery journeys, helping them develop coping strategies and positive behavioral habits that promote lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with an active LICSW license to practice independently in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, our therapists are classified as W2 employees and enjoy the following benefits:
