Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and facilitate consumer support groups focused on perinatal mental health topics, encouraging open dialogue and peer support.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via telehealth to provide personalized support that addresses specific client needs.

• Coordinate with clients, families, and service providers to create comprehensive care plans that address the unique situations faced by each client.

• Maintain connections with community resources, social service agencies, and civic organizations to allocate appropriate external support for clients.

• Document client interactions and progress thoroughly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Assist the clinical team in identifying client needs and implementing appropriate interventions, fostering a strong advocate role for each consumer.

• Participate actively in ongoing training to enhance skills and keep informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be supporting individuals during perinatal stages, including pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting transitions. You will engage with diverse client backgrounds, providing culturally competent care aligned with their unique experiences. Through therapeutic interventions and education, you will help address issues such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties, contributing to improved maternal and family health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• Proven record of no medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
