Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical judgment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through individual, group, and family sessions via secure telehealth platforms.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care that meets the holistic needs of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental distress or emergencies, using strategic de-escalation methods.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, showcasing the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds sensitively and insightfully.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting is preferred, with an understanding of systemic challenges and resource navigation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
