Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at DoCare Counseling Center, your daily tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with a diverse client base that has been prescreened for stability and low acuity. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license from the state of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations regarding treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficient computer literacy skills to navigate the therapist portal and document client interactions efficiently.
