Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our outpatient office. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values professional growth and continuous learning. Our work schedule consists of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the evolving needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans that encompass therapeutic goals.

  • Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide high-quality therapeutic interventions.

  • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing shared mental health challenges.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care, enhancing the overall treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, offering support and therapeutic services that honor their unique experiences and personal narratives. Your role will be central in shaping their recovery journeys through tailored treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

  • Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans.

  • Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations is essential.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related digital tools is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
