Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to identify mental health issues, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, individual goals, and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies to promote client engagement.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure integrated care and a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients' families to enhance understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
