Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, diagnosis, and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that integrate various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on their progress.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those who may face barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to meet ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and knowledge about emerging practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
