Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of clients.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with patients’ individual goals and circumstances.

• Hold regular sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and supportive counseling.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, engaging in continuous evaluation of therapeutic efficacy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to ensure comprehensive care and referrals when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

As a Mental Health Counselor at St Paul Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a varied client population facing an array of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience providing individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
