Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings of clients to identify mental health concerns, using structured diagnostic tools and interviews to create personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the specific challenges, goals, and preferences of each client, ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustment based on therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to ensure comprehensive care and integrate medical and therapeutic supports tailored to clients’ needs.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing resources and support to create a holistic foundation for mental health recovery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with both state regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n
