Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to a recovery-based model.

• Provide ongoing clinical services, including therapy sessions, utilizing modalities appropriate for individual clients to foster their emotional health and well-being.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ progress and evolving needs.
\n
• Assist clients in the formulation, monitoring, and implementation of individualized service plans which may include skill development in areas like problem-solving, communication, and coping strategies.

• Act as a community advocate by educating clients about available resources and facilitating their access to essential services.

• Implement various skill-building activities to empower clients in everyday life and community interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure is mandatory, including any of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring that you can manage a caseload effectively.

• A clean disciplinary record on your license is essential for maintaining trust and credibility within the community.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and full insurance coverage. We strive to maintain minimal paperwork, thereby allowing you to focus more on client care rather than administrative tasks. Practitioners can establish a full caseload quickly, often within one week.
