Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities suited to the client’s specific goals.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and support groups that facilitate peer interactions and provide tools for managing mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create an integrated care plan that addresses all aspects of a patient’s health.

• Provide crisis intervention services, guiding clients through crises with understanding and actionable support, making immediate referrals when necessary.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and additional community resources available for their support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and updated documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
