Work Environment\n

This role is a telehealth position, enabling you to work from the comfort and safety of your own home while engaging with patients via secure online platforms. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate smooth communication and interactions between therapists and clients. Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with provisions for flexible scheduling based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and challenges of patients, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in personal growth and recovery.

• Host and facilitate psychoeducational groups and support groups aimed at building community and equipping participants with tools to manage their mental health concerns.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.

• Offer crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring immediate support and follow-up care.
\n
• Educate clients about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them on their journey to recovery.

• Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives to remain current with industry trends.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A robust understanding of psychiatric disorders and a variety of evidence-based treatment methods.

• Proficient in conducting assessments and formulating effective, data-driven treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a broad range of clients.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that foster collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
