Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, using various diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client receives tailored interventions.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

• Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment that addresses all aspects of a client’s wellbeing.

• Engage in crisis intervention, applying expertise compassionately to support clients experiencing acute mental health distress.

• Participate in community outreach and mental health awareness initiatives, helping to reduce stigma and promote resources available to individuals in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our team serves a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. We focus on individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health professional, such as:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  \n
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  \n
  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
  \n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity while working with diverse clientele.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring that documentation is timely and accurate.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a valid license and relevant educational background, candidates with prior experience in a community mental health setting or telehealth environment will receive additional consideration. Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
