Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, integrating diagnostic criteria and clinical interviews to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to meet each client's specific needs.

• Implement teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer or require virtual visits, ensuring accessibility and convenience in their mental health care.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in continual professional development by participating in training workshops, supervision sessions, and other educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n
