Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, ensuring the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to effectively address mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to develop coordinated treatment approaches, ensuring holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, drawing on your expertise, compassion, and problem-solving skills to navigate emergencies successfully.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong commitment to cultural competence, demonstrated through previous work with diverse populations.

• Organizational and time-management skills that ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a mental health setting is required. Experience with electronic health record systems is preferred to maintain efficient documentation and data management.
