Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Craft individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring each plan is tailored to the client's unique profile.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to address the specific concerns of each patient.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that promote community and understanding around common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and stabilization during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
