Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using a variety of evidence-based practices to establish tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective interventions based on client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient records.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and other therapists to provide integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Participate in regular case reviews and collaborative meetings to share insights and strategies for enhancing client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with information regarding treatment options and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, representing individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and cultural contexts. You will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and stress management. Our goal is to empower clients through supportive counseling and effective treatment strategies, fostering resilience and long-term wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrable expertise in implementing solution-focused therapeutic techniques and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong rapport with clients and team members.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, essential for assessing client needs and guiding treatment effectively.
