Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and structured interviews to evaluate the mental health needs of each client and tailor appropriate treatment plans for their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual counseling sessions, offering short-term therapy and crisis intervention services to clients dealing with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT ), Professional Clinical Counselor ( LPCC ), Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ), or Psychologist.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in addressing mental health issues, particularly among vulnerable populations, is necessary.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling productive engagement with clients and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and brief therapy models suitable for community health settings.

• Capacity to work effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing a diverse client caseload.
