Paragon Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) for full-time positions within our innovative and supportive outpatient psychiatric practice. Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, which allows for work-life balance while engaging meaningfully with clients. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and create tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to effectively address individual symptoms and challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, providing a platform for clients to connect and share experiences related to mental health issues.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure a unified treatment approach.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in mental health therapy to provide cutting-edge care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Our clinic is committed to creating an inclusive environment that addresses the unique needs of all clients, ensuring respectful and equitable care for everyone.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, modern evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated skill in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in delivering individual and group psychotherapy to diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues.

• Sound professional judgment and a commitment to ethical practices and boundaries in clinical settings.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology tools.
\n
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy and remote service delivery, equipped with the tools to foster engagement in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year commensurate with experience.
