Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry out comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, utilizing targeted techniques focused on trauma recovery and building resilience.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients during high-stress or trauma-related emergencies, utilizing advanced coping strategies and therapeutic frameworks.

• Conduct group therapy sessions to facilitate shared healing experiences and community support among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and integrated care tailored to each patient's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals who have faced various forms of trauma, including complex trauma and dissociative disorders. You will work with a diverse range of patients, including veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals with histories of neglect or abuse, who seek to heal and rebuild their lives through structured therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
