This position offers a fully remote telehealth setting, providing flexibility for your work schedule. You will conduct assessments and therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, allowing you to connect with clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Develop detailed, adaptable treatment plans in collaboration with clients, reflecting their unique situations, goals, and preferred therapeutic approaches.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, covering treatment options and effective self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapy process.

• Monitor and document client progress rigorously, adjusting treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes to ensure effective care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical staff to provide integrated support and share insights into the treatment process, facilitating a holistic approach to care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mood disorders, actively applying this knowledge to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in treating mood disorders.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based practices, including CBT and DBT.
\n
• Fundamental understanding of psychopharmacology and the nuances of working alongside psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in achieving positive client outcomes in mood disorder treatment.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome the right candidate aboard.
