Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote with the opportunity to collaborate closely with a dynamic team of professionals. Our established protocols facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among therapists and psychiatrists, ensuring integrated care paths. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotating basis, ensuring work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, identifying severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and objectives.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote emotional well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and available resources for support.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to deliver a holistic approach to care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid mental health license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD) in the state of Washington.

• Solid foundation of at least two years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, along with a sign-on bonus.
