Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans addressing their specific life situations, aspirations, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' recovery journeys.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and effective self-care strategies to promote overall mental health.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure ongoing support.

• Engage in regular communication with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is annual compensation between $115,000 and $130,000.
